No. existing single storey modular construction office/workshop Buildings (Buildings No’s. 13 and 14) comprising a floor area of c. 45.0 sqm each (c. 90.0 sqm total floor area) and each with max. height of c. 2.7 meters, at northern part of the campus. 3. Permanent Permission for the modular production support building (former Gowning Room) granted temporary permission under Reg. Refs. 21/5786 & 24/5501 for continued production support activity with building max. height of c. 3.76m, to include an increase of floor space by c. 7.0 sqm to provide a gross floor area total of c. 283 sqm, ancillary plant for air conditioning and air handling units, and a minor adjustment of the building’s position relating the connection corridor to Production Building P02. This application relates to development, which comprises an activity which holds an Industrial Emissions Directive Licence (Reg. No. P0778-03).
