Construct a single storey extension to existing Chill Area on western side of factory, Construct a single storey extension to existing Kill area on northern side of existing factory, Construct a single storey extension to existing Lairage Area on eastern side of existing factory, Construct a 1.8m high Nylofor fence at existing site entrance, Install a new fire fighting and process water tank and new gas tank., construct an additional hardcore finish car park area on western side of existing factory, construct a new vehicle wash area and hardstanding area along with all associated site works. An Environmental Impact Report (EIAR) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the planning application. The application relates to development which comprises an activity which holds an IPPC Licence(Licence Reg No. P0781-02).
