alterations ot the previously granted solar farm (Tipperary County Council Reg Ref 16600465 as amended by Tipperary County Council Reg Ref P19600119). Permission was originally granted for a solar photovoltaic installation comprising up to 32,000 m2 of solar panels on ground mounted frames, 4 no. inverters in 2 blocks, 1 no. kV substation, fencing, access track, CCTV and all associated ancillary development works and services. Permission was subsequently granted for the addition of 4 no. battery storage containers and extension to the operational period of the solar farm from 25 years to 30 years under Tipperary County Council Reg Ref. 19600119 and An Bord Pleanala Ref. ABP-305222-19. Permission is now sought for the following: increase the area of solar panels from up to 32,000 m2 to up to 37,641 m2, increase in height to the permitted solar panels from 2.72m to 2.82m and Permission to increase the operational period of the solar farm from 30 years to 35 years
