Proposed development

Dormer extension at existing attic level and an extension at first-floor level to facilitate the conversion of the existing three-storey, three-bedroom semi-detached dwelling into a three-storey, four-bedroom dwelling. The proposed works will include (i) modifications to part of the existing roof over the rear ground-floor kitchen area to incorporate a pitched roof, (ii) Construction of a first-floor extension with associated internal reconfiguration, (iii) Construction of a dormer extension with reconfiguration of the attic layout to provide an additional bedroom, (iv) Removal and replacement of existing rear first-floor windows, installation of a new dormer window and ground-floor bi-fold door, (v) Relocation/reuse of the existing ground-floor skylight at dormer level, and all associated site works, landscaping, drainage, and ancillary service works.
