Unit 5a will comprise GIA c. 8,255.5 sq.m (including c. 635.8 sq.m of associated office space) and measures c. 17.6m from FFL to roof ridge; Unit 5b will comprise GIA c. 3,936.4 sq.m (including c. 286.3 sq.m of associated office space) and measures c. 15.2m from FFL to roof ridge. Access to the units will be from the existing internal link road. Provision of 86 car parking spaces and 60 bicycle spaces, installation of a padel court, and all ancillary landscaping, boundary treatments, associated infrastructure, and site development works.
