To relocate the existing driveway and crossover as close as possible to the existing tree & relocating the existing sluice valves outside number 2 Saint John's Drive and to turn the existing driveway into a pedestrian access to the proposed house 2A Saint John's Drive. To provide a new vehicular access and crossover to the rear of the property onto Park View Lawns. To connect the proposed new foul and surface water drainage to the existing foul and surface water drains and all ancillary site works.
