Works will include refurbishment of an existing single storey stone outbuilding of 33 sq.m. to the west of the cottage, which will include construction of a new first floor level office/store, within the footprint of the existing outbuilding, comprising 24 sq.m. at first floor level. Construction of a sauna outbuilding to the rear of 6 sq.m. and a new workshop to the east of the existing cottage comprising a ground floor area of 39 sq.m.
