(C) RETENTION OF ALTERATIONS TO THE FENESTRATION ON THE FACADE, REAR AND SIDE ELEVATIONS. (D) RETENTION OF ALTERED ROOF PITCH RESULTING IN A DECREASE IN THE OVERALL RIDGE HEIGHT OF 250MM APPROX TO THAT PREVIOUSLY GRANTED.
