AN AMENDMENT TO CONDITION NO 46 TO REVISE THE COMMUNITY BENEFIT PAYMENT TO 2 EURO//MWH TO BE CONSISTENT WITH GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE SET OUT UNDER THE RENEWABLE ELECTRICITY SUPPORT SCHEME. THE RED LINE BOUNDARY AND ALL OTHER ASPECTS OF THE PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT WILL REMAIN UNCHANGED
