Proposed development

Permission for development that will consist of a replacement dwelling, which consist of three distinct elements; a road facing 'block' containing primarily 2 No. bedrooms, and entrance 'link' and a rear kitchen/living/dining 'block.' The road facing block has been designed to look like the original existing derelict cottage with regards to scale, sixe, massing, ridge height, materials and fenestration. The flat roof entrance link then connects this bedroom block with the rear living block. The rear living block therefore appears as a subservient 'extension' to the property. The proposals also include foul and storm drainage, retention of the existing vehicular entrance and all other associated site works *Significant Further Information submitted 05/07/21*
