The proposal includes replacing the existing pitched roof with a monopitched roof and demolition of an existing front porch and chimneys. The proposed relocation of existing front and backdoor along with changes to windows and exterior finishes and internal modifications. Permission is also sought for a new foul treatment unit and percolation area in the garden of the existing property
