As previously granted planning permission under P04/136, P10/601 & P.12/604; Extension of the pit into an adjoining greenfield area consisting of 8.9 Ha. Which will be subject to extraction and occasional processing of material; Continuation of use of the existing processing infrastructure (crushing, screening & washing plant), concrete batching plants, garage, workshop, fuel storage shed, wheelwash, office/laboratory and all other ancillary facilities; Landscaping and restoration of the site including construction of berms and all associated ancillary facilities/works; The applicant is seeking a 25 year permission as part of the planning application; The application is accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment Report and a Natura Impact Statement
