Proposed development
to carry out the following development. Continued extraction of gravels as previously authorized under Planning Reference No. 07/2226 (Extraction Area 2.25 Hectares). Continued processing of extracted gravels including crushing, washing and stockpiling using Mobile plant Restoration of the newly extracted areas to Agricultural Use. Amend the previously approved Restoration Plan under Planning Reference No. 07/2226 and undertake such works using site-won soils and imported inert materials. Continue to access the proposed development via the existing access from the N77 (Kilkenny - Castlecomer Road) at Dunmore. All works shall be confined within an overall site area measuring 7.61 Hectares and located fully within the site previously approved under Reference 07/2226. This application is accompanied by a Natura Impact Statement.
