This will be an extension of the existing trailer park and the combined number of trailers on the overall site will be 83. (2) Change of use of restaurant building (842 sqm) into storage use along with a new internal configuration arising from internal demolitions and undertaking minor elevation changes. (3) Installation of 22 No. storage containers (2.6m high). (4) Provision of wastewater treatment system and associated percolation area. (5) Provision of new fencing. (6) All associated site works
