Development comprising 58 No. residential units on a site of circa 1.26 Ha. The proposed development will consist of 44 No. apartments/duplex units comprising: 10 No. 1 bed apartments; 24 No. 2 bed apartments; 6 No. 3 bed apartments; 4 No. 3 bed duplexes; 14 No. houses comprising: 6 No. 4 bed semi-detached units; 6 No. 3 bed semi-detached units and 2 No. 4 bed detached units, the formation of a new vehicular access and a new pedestrian/cycle access from the Sallins Road (R407) through the existing "demesne curtilage" wall including the respective partial demolition(s) of this structure; Oldtown House and its curtilage wall is a Protected Structure (RPS No. NS19-072), the extension of a pedestrian/cycle access from the site to the north. The proposal includes all associated hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments, footpaths, an ESB sub-station, and all other ancillary works above and below ground
