Permission for development which consists of: The development will consist of: The construction of one no. detached dwelling of two-and-a-half storeys with attached two-storey domestic garage/golf room, gym area with store above c. 787.6 sq m together with a single-storey garden building c. 18.1 sq m to the rear of the dwelling. Site access will be provided via the existing entrance to include rebuilding the front boundary wall and the construction of new pillars and the provision of new gates. The development will also include all associated landscaping works, boundary treatments, and all site clearance and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
