Permission for development which consists of: We, Acorn Life DAC, intend to apply for permission for change of use of existing office building to Boutique Hotel at Augustine Street, Galway, H91 PN80. Development will consist of the following: Proposed works to include the following: 1) Change of use of existing office building at ground, first, second and third floor = 977sqm. 2) Provision of bag drop at ground floor and new lift to upper levels. 3) Provision of reception, kitchen & dining facilities at first floor. 4) Provision of 27 en-suite bedrooms at first, second and third floor. 5) Provision of 4 new windows to internal courtyard. 6) Alteration to 3 existing window openings to internal courtyard. 7) Convert existing window opening to door to internal courtyard. 8) All associated site works. 9) The subject site is in an Architectural Conservation Area. 10) There are no alterations proposed to existing external facades fronting public streets
