Proposed development

Permission for development which consists of: Planning Permission is sought by Oldside Enterprise Ltd., for the demolition of building number 183 Salthill Road Upper and the construction of a new building to replace it. The new building will be integrated into the previously proposed adjacent development granted under planning references 23/7 granted 18th June 2024 and 23/60188 granted 24th June 2024. The proposed development includes: A) The new ground floor plan (Gross Internal Area 83.6 M/2) will be incorporated into the adjacent building. The current use is an Arcade/Casino/Leisure Centre/Games Hall. The proposed use will be an Arcade/Casino/Leisure Centre/Games Hall. B) The existing first and second floor plans, will be demolished and replaced by one new floor (80.8 M/2) connected to the first floor level of the proposed adjacent building. The new floor will be used as an Arcade/Casino/Leisure Centre/Games Hall. C) All associated works, ancillary services, plant and maintenance areas and connections, use and access to public services. The planning application may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the Planning Authority during its Public opening hours. A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the planning authority on payment of a fee of €20.00, within the 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application, and such submissions or observations will be considered by the planning authority in making a decision on the application. The planning authority may grant permission subject to or without conditions or may refuse to grant permission.
