The proposed development provides for the subdivision of the existing retail unit to 2 no. smaller retail units and provision of a new entrance and access corridor from the northern side of the shopping centre, including associated signage, internal layout changes, elevational, doorway and fenestration alterations, and all other ancillary site works. Planning permission is also sought for change of use from existing retail use to circulation space to accommodate the proposed new entrance / access corridor..
