Permission for development which consists of; we, to upgrade the entrance / access serving Galway Clinic, an adjacent section of Local Road 5038 and all associated works The proposed development comprises the following: • Alteration and upgrade of the entrance / access to Galway Clinic to include a section of road realignment with the incorporation of a mini-roundabout, comprising a total development area of 1869 sq. m; • Alterations and upgrade of the existing pedestrian pathway network to accommodate improved pedestrian access; • Provision of pedestrian crossing points, tactile paving, dropped kerbs, bollards, landscaping, road markings and road signage ancillary to the upgrades to the entrance and section of Local Road 5038; • All associated site development works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
