Proposed development

We, The Commissioners of Public Works, intend to apply for planning permission for external development works at this site known as Áras an tSáile, Lakeshore Drive, Renmore, Galway. The proposed development will consist of energy upgrade works for the provision of 2 no. new enclosed heat pumps to the west of the existing building, (resulting in the removal of 4 no. existing car parking spaces); Provision of 2 no. new car parking spaces and associated EV charging infrastructure(resulting in a total of 109 no. carparking spaces), including provision for all new underground ducting connecting the existing building to the existing and new EV car/bicycle charging spaces all to the north of the existing building and all associated ancillary infrastructure works.
