The development will include site works to existing structure to facilitate the change of use including interalia: fit out of space to support the intended leisure use including bowling, bar service and general recreational facilities, minor internal alterations to facilitate access to/from the applicant’s adjacent existing leisure unit, (Planet Entertainment Centre), and minor alterations to existing fire escape routes and minor alterations to existing south façade to facilitate access and egress doors.
