Retention planning permission is sought for the following: • Retention of the reconstructed building (1,149 sq. m) comprising Units 9-12; • Retention of 1 no. wall-mounted sign on the western elevation of the building (6.8 m²); • Change of use of the premises from warehouse with ancillary retail use to bulky retail; and • All ancillary site development works required to facilitate retention of the proposed development Planning permission is sought for the following: • Provision of 5 no. bicycle bay Sheffield bike stand and • Provision of internal staff changing/welfare facilities.
