Permission for development on a site located at Letteragh Road (L1000), in the townland of Letteragh, Co. Galway. The proposed development will consist of the following: 1. The demolition of an existing shed (101.4 sqm) 2. The provision of 4 no. residential units comprising 2 no. 4-bed detached houses and 2 no. 4-bed semi-detached houses adjoining the Garraí na Saillí development permitted under Pl. Ref. 22/56. 3. Minor amendments to 2 no. residential units permitted under Pl. Ref. 22/56 and 23/60023 comprising: a. The removal of amendments made to 1 no. house type 7 unit (4-bed detached dwelling) under Pl. Ref 23/60023 to revert to the plans and particulars as permitted under 22/56. b. The replacement of 1 no. house type 11 unit with a new house type 13 unit (4-bed detached dwelling). 4. The decommissioning of an existing septic tank (3.6 sqm) and the provision of a new connection to the public sewer at The Chalet, Letteragh Road, H91 XWC7. 5. Provision of private open space, site landscaping and boundary treatments, car parking, vehicular and pedestrian connections, site services, and all other associated site development works
