Cork; 1) change of use from existing disused church to residential use comprising of 1 no. 4 bedroom dwelling unit with the insertion of a new internal first floor within the nave and chancel of the disused church; 2) alterations to existing elevations of disused church; 3) installation of new wastewater treatment unit and percolation area; and 4) all associated proposed site works. The development involves works to and within the curtilage of RPS 465 Former St Mary’s Church and Recorded Archaeological Monument CO073-055.
