The proposed units will consist of 1 no. single-storey terraced dwelling block containing 3 no. 2 bedroom units and 1 no. one and a half storey semi-detached dwelling block containing 2 no. 3 bedroom units, together with the demolition of the existing single-storey structure on the site, provision of a new vehicular entrance and boundary wall to be formed on the south eastern boundary of the site onto the R639, landscaping works , boundary treatments, open green spaces, public lighting, external bin stores, bicycle parking and all ancillary site development works.
