The proposed development will include the following: (1) Demolition of an existing single-storey extension and outbuilding at the rear of the existing cottage; (2) Construction of a new single-storey extension to the original dwelling, including a link structure between the proposed extension and the existing cottage; (3) New openings and alterations to existing façades; (4) A new vehicular site entrance and reinstatement of the original road boundary; (5) Decommissioning and removal of the existing septic tank and installation of a new wastewater treatment system; (6) All associated site ancillary works.
