The development will consist/consists of the retention of 3 No. storage containers and the permission to redevelop the existing sports pitch at Fair Street, Mallow, Co. Cork utilising existing on-site services, to consist of: a) 2 No. playing pitches comprising 1 No. astroturf/all-weather multiuse pitch (Pitch no. 1) and 1 No. grassed soccer pitch (Pitch no. 2) and associated spectator areas; b) Astroturf / all-weather multi-use / warm-up area; c)The construction of 1 No. one-storey clubhouse building providing changing rooms, kitchen, meeting room, player and spectator welfare facilities; d) The provision of sports floodlights to serve both Pitches No. 1 & No. 2; e) Vehicular access to the proposed development will be provided via Fair Street with the extension of footpath to connect to the public footpath network; f) Provision of a community walkway with associated lighting around the perimeter of the site; g) All other ancillary site development works including fencing, landscaping, public lighting, surface car parking and bicycle parking facilities.
