External modifications to the existing dwelling include adjustments to fenestration on all elevations. New flat roof proposed to replace pitched roof on existing lift block and addition of canopy to existing south-western terrace with modifications to railings and plinth wall. Proposed works include modifications to drainage with new waste treatment system, addition of external lighting and all associated site works.
