Proposed development
The development will consist of permission to amend Condition No. 23 of Cork County Council Planning Register No. 25/05034 to allow construction to extend by one additional hour in the evenings, Monday to Friday, and by one additional hour in both the morning and afternoon on Saturdays. Site development and building works shall only be carried out between the hours of 08:00 to 19:00 Mondays to Fridays inclusive, between 08:00 to 14:00 on Saturdays and not at all on Sundays and Public Holidays. Deviation from these times shall only be allowed in exceptional circumstances where prior written approval has been received from the Planning Authority. Reason: In order to safeguard the amenities of adjoining landuses. The application relates to development which comprises or is for the purpose of an activity requiring an Industrial Emissions Directive Licence issued by the Environmental Protection Agency, Reg. No. P1018-01.
