Permission for internal connections, crossings, footpaths and cycle paths, car and bicycle parking, drainage, fencing and boundary treatments, bicycle and bin stores, lighting and landscaping/amenity areas. Permission for the demolition of walls currently traversing the site as well as removal of vegetation and scrub and the repurposing of a redundant bund. Access to the proposed development is provided to the west of the site [constituting a relocation of the existing access to the site] on the Dublin Road (R639).
