The proposed development consists of the construction of 6 no. dwelling houses (change of house type from 4 no. permitted 2/3 storey 4 bedroom detached houses to 6 no. proposed 1 storey 2 bedroom detached houses, an increase in density and all associated site development works) on a site area measuring circa 0.34 hectares. The Boundary of the subject site is a Protected Structure. Extension of Duration to Permission granted under Planning Ref. No. 20/4442.
