Demolition of :- a) Existing vehicular driveway entry walls, driveway walls and portions of existing western terrace. b) Portion of existing single storey dwelling to south elevation (demolition area = 36.00m2). c) Existing chimney and portions of existing walls on the north, south, east and west elevations of dwelling. Construction of :- d) New widened vehicular entry and driveway with associated retaining walls. e) New driveway to upper south and rear of property with new retaining along east, north and south edge of site. f) New raised terrace to west. g) New single storey extension to rear of dwelling house with new entry door and external adjoining shed. Alterations to dwelling house to include :- h) New enlarged window and door fenestrations with external wall insulation to north, south, east and west elevations, with associated infill sections. i) New solar panels. j) New chimney flue. k) All associated site and landscaped works.
