10 Year Planning Permission for a physical extension of c. 562 sq.m to the existing electricity substation compound and will include: 1) Site clearance works including removal of:- a) 1 no. MV poles and associated overhead lines. b) Existing MV busbar and associated electrical equipment. c) Existing 38 kV busbar and associated electrical equipment. d) Existing 2 no. 38 kV/MV transformers. e) All existing site fencing and gates. f) Existing lighting. g) Demolition of existing single storey control building (c. 12 sq.m), h) Existing vegetation along northern, eastern and southern site boundaries. 2) Provision of new electrical plant and equipment including:- a) 1 no. prefabricated control room, GIS and MV module and foundation (98.46 sqm). b) 1 no. prefabricated customer control room module and foundation (24.43 sq.m). c) 3 no. customer transformers and associated bunds. d) 1 no. relocated interface transformer and new bunds. e) 2 no. house transformers and associated bunds. f) Associated and ancillary electrical equipment and other apparatus, including installation of underground cables. g) Site development works including provision of lighting; resurfacing and internal access roads, new fencing and access gates (including new entrance gate onto public road). Provision of site services including drainage and all other ancillary works.
