Proposed development

Permission for the construction of 63 no. dwelling houses comprising of 30 no. 4 bedroom semi-detached/terraced dwellings and 33 no. 3 bedroom semi-detached/terraced dwellings and all associated site development works. The proposed development is a change of plan and change of house type application from that previously permitted by Cork County Council planning reference 19/4376 (as amended by planning reference 20/4244) and extended by planning reference 24/6184 and will result in the construction of an additional 2 no. dwellings from that currently permitted. Access to the proposed development will be provided via the estate entrance and internal road network of the existing Inis Álainn residential development.
