The proposed development will include 6 additional residential units from that previously permitted and modification to 16 residential units previously permitted. The development comprises of the addition of 6 residential units (2 no. dwelling houses and 4 no. apartments, the apartments are located within the Convent Building) and the modification of 16 number residential units (12 no. dwellings and 4 no. apartments, the apartments are located within the Convent Building) along with ancillary site works including landscaping, retaining walls, provision of bin storage, bicycle parking, surface car parking and site services. Permission for retention is also sought for retention of retaining wall structure, completion of retaining wall and associated site works. The works are within the grounds of and to former Presentation Convent and Gate Lodge which are Protected Structures.
