The development will consist of the following: 1. The construction of 24 no. residential units comprising of: a. 8 no. 3-bed semi-detached houses b. 16 no. 4-bed semi-detached houses 2. Provision of a new vehicle and pedestrian entrance and drop kerb from the Cluain Réidh roadway. 3. Provision of all associated surface water and foul drainage services, sustainable drainage solutions (SuDS), and all associated site works and ancillary services. 4. Provision of communal open space, private open space, site landscaping and boundary treatments, public lighting, resident and visitor car parking, bicycle parking, pedestrian, cycle, and vehicular links throughout the development, and all other associated site development works.
