Permission for Retention is also sought for amendments to the landscaping permitted under PA Ref no. 22/6257 namely a reconfiguration of the permitted kerb/landscaping layout to the south, east and north of the yard permitted under PA ref no. 22/6257, resulting in a minor increase in the hard standing area to the west of the warehouse building.
