Proposed development

The proposed development also includes amendments to the permitted layout including minor alterations to the internal road layout and associated repositioning of a block of 5 no. townhouses. Access to the proposed development will be provided via the estate entrance from New Street (N22) and internal road network permitted by Cork County Council planning reference 22/5853, serving the ‘Rás An Mhuilinn’ residential development which is currently under Construction.
