The proposed creche facility to the east of the site is a change of plan from the creche previously permitted by reference 19/5749 (as amended be reference 22/4960) with vehicular access to the proposed creche being provided via a separate estate entrance permitted by reference 19/5749 (as amended by reference 22/4960), also from Convent Hill
